Turnaround Thursday is a second chance jobs movement for people returning from incarceration or long-term unemployment. Participants in Turnaround Thursday are supported with soft skills training, leadership development coaching, case manager mentoring, and connection to employer partners who are committed to offering opportunities to Turnaround Thursday graduates.
